Meron earned her Pilates Certification from the Equinox Comprehensive
Training program. The program focused on teaching Classical Pilates with
special attention to proper queuing, set up, and in-depth anatomy lessons.
She loves every aspect of the Pilates practice, and especially focuses on
its ability to help correct posture and immobility caused by sitting at
desks and computers for too long.
As someone who worked from home during the pandemic, she experienced the
negative effects of prolonged sitting on the hips, hamstrings, shoulders,
neck and back. She turned to Pilates to keep her body feeling its best.
Meron is excited to bring her knowledge and passion to Real Pilates, and
hopes to help clients feel stronger, more flexible, confident and
connected to their bodies.
